Colchester VT Homes

On the shores of Malletts Bay is where Colchester VT is located. Mallets Bay is a gorgeous spot on Lake Champlain, where a large community of water enthusiasts live and work. In fact, Colchester boasts the most amount of Lake Champlain shorefront out of any other town in Vermont!  According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 58.6 square miles, of which 36.9 square miles is land, and 21.8 square miles (37.10%), is water.  It is the home of Saint Michael's College.  Colchester, Vermont is minutes north of Burlington Vermont and to the east, the Green Mountains abound with recreational variety.
